The “Cook for Life” internship offers our students a culinary internship at South Brooklyn Community High School after school hours 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Students, under the guidance of a professional chef, will learn food safety and handling procedures, food preparation, and will explore many recipes. Students will also learn how to shop for ingredients as well as proper food storage. They may prepare foods for various events at the school.
